to jun: hair colour is actually go as u like de, u dont have to go with the trend like red or anything becos nw the trend is actually more towards natural colours. and gd luck for ur competition. it's on friday right if i nv rmb wrongly? perhaps if i'm free i can go support u cos friday is my off day. okay, so just go on with ur hip hop song thn. or perhaps ur comtem. n anyway tml(wed) night, u're gg for dance practice so perhaps u can always ask ur tutor for help. =) so did i miss out anything tt i wanna say to you? hmm i dont knw? haha stm agn. whn u see this then u reply me via the tagboard. so i can reply u thru' writing a post when i'm back home from work everyday.

abt my work: i got to do a counter of my own tdy, w/o jason -- mentor's help overall. hmm keep on killing mobile queue n heard wei hsin said tt i shld actually look out for the timing first for i press the next queue just in case those who are earlier for the cable service is not serve, thn they'll be unhappy la. i dont knw abt tt actually n i shall ask my mentor tml abt this wahahaha. so back to my day, i met diff type of customers tdy. some i get to talk to very easily as they're very friendly towards me n easy to handle with, some is got pissed off by some issue on the voc things but in the end they're very gd to me becos they knew that it's the fault of the starhub HQ not me, and lastly of cos is those who are damn unfriendsly towards me de lor. but i learnt to talk to them nicely until they're satisfied with my work n tadaa like tt lor. haha. i dont think i did any corp. plans tdy? ehh i think i did. haha i forgotten. oh ya oh ya, i rmb now. i think i did. haha just one. the rest is either with voc to recon/newline if not is no voc one lor. haha. n i think i did a 1yr contract for tdy. haha. yeah i'm so happy with this job. i'm loving it. muack! =)
